DISC Human Behavior

Your Wiring Is
Not a Weakness

DISC reveals how you are built to lead, communicate, and perform under pressure — so you stop fighting your wiring and start using it.

DISC
What Is DISC?

A behavioral framework.
Not a personality label.

DISC measures four primary dimensions of human behavior — Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. It doesn't measure who you are as a person. It measures how you are wired to act.

Most people who take DISC get a profile. What they rarely get is an interpretation — someone who can show them what the numbers actually mean about how they lead, communicate, and respond under pressure.

That's the X-Ray session. Dr. Smith is a certified DISC Human Behavior Specialist. His DISC store also includes a full video introduction to the model if you want to go deeper before your session.

D

Dominance

Driven, direct, decisive. Wired for results. High tolerance for conflict, low tolerance for delay.

i

Influence

Expressive, relational, enthusiastic. High i people need interaction to regulate. That is wiring, not preference.

C

Conscientiousness

Analytical, precise, thorough. High C people feel tension when things are imprecise. That is wiring, not perfectionism.

S

Steadiness

Calm, loyal, consistent. Deeply reliable under pressure when they feel safe and clear on expectations.

What the X-Ray Session Reveals

What most people
never find out about
their own DISC profile.

A DISC report tells you your letters. The X-Ray session tells you what your letters are actually doing — and what they're costing you. Here are four things most people miss without an expert interpretation:

1

Your Intensity Level — Not Just Your Letters

Two people can both be High D and be completely different leaders. One at 65 is steady and assertive. One at 95 is fast, forceful, and has little tolerance for delay. Same letter. Completely different impact. Without seeing your intensity, you only have half the picture.

What this tells you

Whether your natural drive is an asset or a liability in your current role — and exactly where to adjust.

2

When You're Carrying Opposites

D and S sit across from each other. I and C sit across from each other. If you score strong on both sides, you're not inconsistent — you're running multiple engines. Most people carrying opposites think something is wrong with them. Nothing is. But you need to know which voice is leading right now.

What this tells you

Why you feel conflicted in certain decisions — and how to use both sides of your wiring instead of fighting them.

3

The Gap Between Your Natural and Adapted Style

Your DISC profile has two charts — who you naturally are, and who you're acting like in your current environment. If those two charts are far apart and held that way constantly, it creates fatigue, low-grade frustration, and a persistent sense of this isn't me. The gap tells you exactly where the drain is coming from.

What this tells you

Why certain roles or relationships feel exhausting — and what to do about it without losing your effectiveness.

4

How Your Wiring Shapes Your Blind Spots

Every DISC style has a predictable blind spot under pressure. High D dismisses people. High I avoids hard conversations. High S absorbs too much. High C overthinks. Knowing yours doesn't fix it automatically — but you can't manage what you haven't named. The X-Ray names it.

What this tells you

Your specific pressure pattern — the behavior that shows up when things get hard, often before you realize it's happening.

None of this is in your report. All of it is in your session.

The report gives you data. The X-Ray session gives you understanding of what that data means about how you lead, decide, and show up under pressure.
